One Question

How do we explain the unconditional love, bigness, sacrifice, take us as we are mercy and grace of God to our students? Could it be that we as youth workers have not come to the realization of who we are before God? Have we been able to come to God just as we are knowing that He accepts us? How can we expect our students to enter into this type of a relationship is we have not personally experienced this in our own lives?

What are you hearing?

Students and parents communicate so many messages to us as youth workers that we oftentimes feel overwhelmed with the content of what we are hearing. What can we do with all of these messages that we are hearing? Who do you have that cares for you? Mentors you? Refreshes your soul?
